Hey everyone!
Can you believe it! It's the second last week I am writing to you! WOW this semester flew by! This week we got a chance to look at Podcasts. From all the different tools like GarageBand and Audacity, I chose to work with SoundCloud. There are many reasons for that, the first and most important being that it was the easiest for me to sign up with! Of course it's a lot easier to use because I have used this tool to listen to music and mixes that people have made up.
SoundCloud like any other Podcast tool allows you to record and distribute music and audio for free around the world. In other words, it's a platform for these services. It not only allows you to listen to music, but the news, entertainment and more. It is a very significant tool for an online user because not only does it allow you to listen to whatever it is that you are listening to, it gives you the option of pausing it, stopping it, re-playing it and fast-forwarding it. It's like a radio but much more. Isn't that cool!?
Of course you have to remember when creating a Podcast, you still have some digital rights and responsibilities to follow. So when I got the chance to create my own, I decided to talk about some things I learned throughout this course. Below is the Podcast. Enjoy :)
